Medicaid Coverage — TBD in 2026

We’re thrilled to share that, starting in2026 (still TBD), doulas will be officially covered by Arkansas Medicaid. This landmark change is thanks to new legislation and the tireless work of the Doula Alliance of Arkansas. For the first time, doula support will be within reach for all families, regardless of income.
