RATES RANGE FROM $42-$50/HR

  • Our overnight doulas provide hands-on support while you sleep. This includes feeding, diaper changes, soothing your baby, offering guidance on sleep routines, and helping you feel confident in caring for your newborn. Think of them as calm, experienced night companions for both baby and parents.

  • Unlike a traditional night nanny, our doulas focus on both your baby’s needs and your emotional well-being. We provide gentle guidance, reassurance, and support for your postpartum recovery while helping you and your baby get as much rest as possible.

  • Absolutely! Overnight doulas are trained to support all feeding methods, helping with latch, bottle prep, and troubleshooting common feeding challenge

  • Yes! Our doulas work with you to ensure you stay informed, confident, and supported. You’ll always have the option to participate or rest while the doula handles the night’s care.

  • We can usually begin as soon as you bring your baby home, or on a schedule that works for your family. Custom packages are available for short-term or extended overnight care.
